Just a quick note to say thank you for being the perfect professional! From the minute I contacted you to see if you had availability to come to my property to feed my cat whilst I was away nothing was too much trouble! You did an amazing job of looking after Cattie, but also went the extra mile sending daily updates and taking in our bins! Nicky stepped in at the last minute when our usual cat sitter went out of business. She went through a thorough assessment of our cat’s needs, and listened to what we wanted. Nicky sends us regular updates when we are away and we are always very happy with the service she provides. We happily let Nicky keep a key to our home so that she can visit when needed.

We used the services of Creature Comforts Wales for the first time this summer for our pet rabbit Joey. The service that Nicky provides is done with care and professionalism. The initial visit to our home to meet Joey, discuss feeding and other requirements completely put my mind at rest that our pet and home would be in safe hands.
